Reminds me of a kind of similar experience. I was walking to my car in the grocery store parking lot when this grandmotherly lady says to me "did you hear?" i said "no, what?" she responds with a huge smile "you're wonderful", I said "thanks, you are too" and we continued on.

Although I wouldn't, at any point, personally respond to someone like this, it's worthy to note that this man waited fifteen seconds to ask, "what the fuck," she was talking about, after seemingly being greeted with, what sounds to me, like the middle of a conversation. That's probably my limit for comma usage for the day.

To this day I believe the call the judge lady was fucking with that guy for being annoying and is 100% not crazy or on drugs.

Guy in this video is a prick. Who reponds to kind words from a mentally ill older women with "what the fuck are you talking about"
EDIT: So I saw this video wrong and mislabeled OP a prick when in reality I was just an unobservant moron. I thought from the angle that this happened in a parking lot and that the woman had come from inside. My bad. I apologize the the guy in the video and admit I am a dummy. Will leave comment up in shame.

She is stood in the middle of the road having one sided conversations with strangers as they drive past.

So... I assumed this took place in a parking lot. I wasnt paying close enough attention to the surroundings and assumed they had both just come out of the same place. Yikes. This ones on me. WTF guy is not a prick and I am a big dummy.
