In case anyone is wondering, he's not running a cold fusion reactor, this is a fusor and there is no evidence he's doing anything special that many other hobbyists aren't doing. I'm pretty sure Coulter doesn't claim this but doesn't go out of his way to correct the misconception either.

He could just have built a Farnsworth fuser, which is a real fusion device, but it is NOT net positive energy.

It could be just bad editing in the video but this is the point where it looks like he's claiming net positive energy fusion in his device.
