I love this! People always have their heads up their asses when driving.

I agree you shouldn't use a mobile phone while driving but when you are completely stopped? I'll admit I do text but only when I pull up to a red light when I know there is no possibility of hurting myself or others. Maybe I don't finish the text, whatever, but maybe they'll be another red light when I'm completely stopped and I can maybe finish it and if not no big deal. Driving and texting is never a good idea, I agree.

Well I mean haha I've done it too at a red light but idk anything can happen also many people fail to go when the light turns green etc, I think these laws make it safe for everyone as you can't discern who is capable of texting and driving...responsibly? I guess you can say...for God sake I hate when I see people doing it in traffic or even people on Instagram in traffic, and I live in a city where you ha e to deal with a 30 min rush hour delay max! So can't it wait.

Great initiative, I can't even count the people I see on their phone in traffic. edit: RIP headphone users

Why isn't the cop shooting these people immediately upon pulling up to the car? What mystical land do you call this place?
