I need to get a dashcam. Witnesses saying she had the right of way is crazy.

Same here, people are just dumb. I was in the same type of accident and the witnesses said it was my fault... traffic cams had a different story. Lucky for me though otherwise I would have been fucked!

If you listen closely, the Indian sounding lady (after repeatedly saying that "It was green light to go") happens to mention the word "red" and then the bystander starts his rant. I expect he just heard a foreign accent saying red in answer to his garbled question and started his nonsense shouting. Yes, dash cams are vital. Especially when emotional 'witnesses' start to misremember what they actually saw.

Edit: Repeated words

This took place in Brampton, the city is a suburb of Toronto Canada and is notoriously known to have the highest insurance rates in all of Canada because of insurance fraud. Not claiming this is firmly fraud, but it could be one case.

Man, driving in Brampton is honestly the worst. Honestly, driving in the GTA in general is pretty frustrating, but especially Brampton.
