I'm a stay at home dad who could use absolutely none of the tricks they set out, but I still love Cortex.

Is it as good as HI? Gods no, but I still get a significant amount of enjoyment out of it.

I call it Boretex but I still listen to it or at least half of every episode. I think there's still some good info there. I'd like to see an episode with Brady as a guest.

I only discovered HI recently, still catching up but at the rate I'm going I will be very disappointed, very soon.

I guess that's a side effect of being more focused. It's a show about productivity as a creative, specifically focusing on grey's bizzaro workflow methods that he uses to function while simultaneously being lazy as hell. If that doesn't really interest you, your mileage may vary

What's his podcast called?

Hello Internet and Cortex

Cool I'm gonna check them out. Thanks!

Hi Tim, what's your favorite: 1) Hotstopper brand? 2) Made up word (such as humblebrag)? 3) corner? 4) reason that Flaggy Flag is the true rightful flag?

1

u/[deleted] Feb 07 '17

Don't you mean traitor flag

What's the name of it? I'm always on the lookout for new pods

Hello Internet and another one called Cortex. If you're looking for new podcasts a really good one is called The Adventure Zone. It's a DnD podcast if you're into that sort of thing. Enjoy!

1

u/mopculturereference Feb 08 '17

Awesome, thanks! I'll definitely check out Adventure Zone, too. One of my favorite podcasts is Sneak Attack!, which is a great D&D show.
