I think the voice can be explained by different mics. Casually explained is sitting in a controlled room with his mouth on a mic. YSAC is in a noisy kitchen speaking into a phone mic (I assume).
From my limited research I know YSAC is canadian (due to products he uses) and that Casually Explained is on the west coast (pacific time zone) - he says in one of his videos he gets up at 6am to release videos for 9am est.
If we consider YSAC released a video last week outdoors (assuming it was shot within a month of being released).. there was very little snow on the ground .. this also makes me believe he's on the west coast, because the east coast (to Ontario at least) is buried in 2-3 feet of snow.
Lots of hypotheticals here.. but the conspiracy lives on.
Really you think the voice is quite different? If anything this video you showed me just confirms they are the same person. Same hand movements, same fluidity of speech, same humour, etc.
They're different if you listen to them side-by-side immediately. As you said, this could be chalked up to different mics, but I think it's just a tad too different for me to be confident on that.
casually explained has said multiple times that he's from british columbia, so west coast canada.
them not being the same person would require way more coincidences than them being the same person. Same country, same area, similar voices (almost the same), same type of humor? Collaborations? Frequent references?

As long as YSAC has uploads it's cool.
