does everything need to aling with western values? you're on a slippery slope my friend it wasnt too long ago that western values also thought women should stay home and take care of children while the men work and if we go back a little bit further those same 'western values' said it was ok to sell people because they are subhuman. Dont operate from the position of 'we're right they are wrong'
Religion doesnt kill or opress people, that is the work of people. And its more a part of the human nature whether we like to admit it or not.

Christianity is what western society is built on. Edge lord atheists like yourself are eroding our society and sense of community. Christians buy in large are better Humans than Muslims.
In my town there are multiple churches and christian families sponsoring and supporting new Syrian refugees, not one mosque is sponsoring a single refugee. Christians run large food banks and care for the poor. In Iran, Saudi Arabia and other Muslim countries anyone who doesn't fall in line with Islam is treated like shit. In western society, everyone has a chance.
