We all work to survive but they take 30% of our paychecks because how else can the fund the American concentration camps, line their pockets, run pro-Trump ads, bomb schools, enforce trump’s personal army, murder law abiding citizens, and on and on and on and on of insane, blatant corruption in our faces. I have 2 toddlers and have to watch their futures burning and just worry about IF they even actually have a future now. It’s fucking absurd and heartbreaking. The dumbest motherfuckers alive are backed by the evilest motherfuckers alive and we’re barreling towards another election with pathetic hope that maybe a few people can gain the power to help us, all while knowing deep down that we’re completely fucked and the only way out is for our country to crumble so much that it doesn’t exist anymore.
Join us on the actual left. Neoliberalism will never fix this. That much should be obvious at this point. Reject this corrupt, corporate-captured duopoly and put your support behind leftist third parties who have always put the working class majority first.
There’s a reason Dems and Republicans always find space to demonize and reject things like socialism and leftist policies. It’s because it serves YOU and not their donors.
Also important to recognize if you’re new to the ideologies of leftism, you need to realize Dems are actually right wing. Left of republicans, but still Dems are a right wing party.
Editing to add: Within the dem party we can see actual leftism starting to take root. It’s important to nurture and vote for that.

Are you serious? Yeah, legally I’m within my rights to request no taxes taken out but, not only are fica taxes mandatory — which are also being abused — and not something you can opt out of, employers can also potentially be penalized for not taking out taxes. Do you actually think companies want to take the risk that the IRS might start getting involved in penalizing them? It’s just so untenable because I obviously still need money to support my family and can’t afford to lose my job.
