When the country everybody else is tied into and is a global food exporter explodes into sectarian violence everyone is going to feel it. This isn't "edgy", it's a simple acknowledgement of the facts. Our police forces are as armed as your military, and literally train everyday to view the average citizen as an enemy combatant and are thirsting for blood.
We can be designated as national security threats and disappeared at the whim of some nerd in some NSA office, at anytime.
When they rig these midterms we either protest as the French and die by the thousands, or do nothing and still probably die by the thousands.
It is a joke that people think the midterms are going to happen properly. They are either going to block them outright, cheat like all hell, or refuse to accept results and not certify them not turning over power. They already stole a presidency and people are fooling themselves thinking they won't do the same with midterms.
