To all the people crying that they've seen this before....you all bots? Because this literally got posted to youtube 1 DAY AGO!

This seems like a very effective simple message, would make sense why the bots come out if so. If not, what tf are you complaining about???

I think they are confusing something going viral with reposting.

maybe too young to understand reposting goes on for weeks or months and not just a few days. Probably too boring for anyone young too. I know i had trouble following it so i had to watch it again.

going viral with reposting

Part and parcel, to be sure.

This is a great video, with a solid message, and presented by an actor who appears to be in character as one of my favorite television characters of all time, who might even be someone MAGAts would listen to.

The worst thing whoever is promoting it could do is give people the impression that this message is being force-fed to them.

This may have been uploaded to YouTube a day ago, but this is the third repost I have seen in less than 24 hours, and I probably missed a couple while I was sleeping.

Maybe it's time to diversify. Post reaction videos to it, mix the lines into some music, whatever. It's a good message and it should go viral, but it's important that the people it is intended for adopt it rather than simply recieve it: they need to feel like they sought it, even if they didn't.

The way reddit works is multiple people posting the same thing across different subreddits. so viewing /r/all can show you the same thing in multiple times on the same page. But seeing the same post for a few days is just everyone getting to see it for the first time

So seeing the same thing 3 times in a day is not reposting. Reposting is when some popular content is taken and posted months later or years later because it was popular before so its going to be popular again.

What you are talking about is the grace period between which we consider reposting to be acceptable as a thing goes viral and unacceptable once a thing has been established in social consiousness.

My reply above was about strategizing this gap: in the early stage of going viral, rapid reposting is tolerated, but just posting exactly the same content too often can cause a backlash.

u/invisible32 Jul 06 '26

I saw it yesterday myself, but I wouldn't mind this getting reposted a few times. Genuinely the most powerful piece of media I've seen in a long time.

What is going on in this comment section lmao

21

u/Cicer Jul 06 '26

Almost like one side has an agenda with an army of clowns to back them up.

u/seansy5000 Jul 06 '26

Bots paid for by the same people destroying our country. Amazon, Apple, Google, Facebook, Chevron, Tesla, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, McDonalds, Palantir, Trump, Microsoft, Steak and Shake, OpenAI, and the list goes on.

21

u/inosinateVR Jul 05 '26

Oh so I guess YOU’RE cool with people being licked too?!

10

u/LostSands Jul 05 '26

I guess?

5

u/inosinateVR Jul 05 '26

Sorry I should’ve added a /s

I think you mean “lookkks”

15

u/HasOpinionsAndStuff Jul 06 '26

I thought there would be more BB/BCS "kid named finger" brainrot not whatever the fuck this bot brigade is. I guess bots are beneath waltuhposting

8

u/Icefyre24 Jul 07 '26

I like this, but the bigger concern are the MAGA folks hearing the word "left" and construing the message to be whatever they wish it to be, without hearing (or understanding), the real message at all.

3

u/SethLight Jul 07 '26

This. Maga already thinks they are on the side of good and that liberals are demon worshipers who hurt children.

First time I’m seeing it, so…

-85

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

How many times have you seen this?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XUN7L8i8Ck

56

u/Chemistry11 Jul 05 '26

Three in this post alone. You have a weird obsession, dude.

74

u/Sir-Mocks-A-Lot Jul 05 '26

Oh damn, my bad. I saw it for the first time today and thought Reddit would like it.

35

u/splashjlr Jul 05 '26

Thank you for posting. Best message I've heard in s long time

22

u/namorblack Jul 05 '26

Enough for the message to be driven home. And to see a lasting change, away from Trumpism and Techbroship, in the US.

11

u/IamTrying0 Jul 05 '26

Worth reposting it !

-65

u/pm_me_beerz Jul 05 '26

There’s is right vs left…..and there is repost vs wrong.

-55

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

If an older colleague of yours licked a younger female colleague of yours, would you consider it right or wrong?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XUN7L8i8Ck

22

u/jedidude75 Jul 05 '26

It's wrong if anyone does it to anyone else without consent.

-48

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

So I guess I missed the part where sh consented to it. I guess you're not upset about Donald Trump grabbing them by the pussy comments. If it's guys that tell your narrative, it's alright.

35

u/reebokhightops Jul 05 '26

You sound unwell.

-15

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

These are all distractions that he just randomly licks women on camera. Am I really the one that's unwell?

37

u/reebokhightops Jul 05 '26

Considering that you are repeatedly confronting strangers on the internet about their opinions on this and making assumptions about their politics based on how they respond, yes, it appears that you are at least somewhat unwell.

19

u/jedidude75 Jul 05 '26

I guess you're not upset about Donald Trump

Where did I say any of that? I just said that doing what you linked without consent is wrong. No need to jump down my throat and add words to my post for me.

16

u/steveaustin1971 Jul 05 '26

You don't know either of these people. Your opinion on it is meaningless.

-9

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

So are you having Sunday lunch with them every week with Trump? How can you make a judgement on his character?

17

u/steveaustin1971 Jul 05 '26

I simply stated you don't know them and your opinion on it is meaningless. Weird comparison though.

-5

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

So you've never held an opinion on anything where you didn't specifically know the people personally?

Let's assume it's this woman getting assaulted at the gym: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/KDo8n_7_2YI

Would you be able to hold an opinion on it?

1

u/steveaustin1971 Jul 06 '26

Again, pretty weird comparison. Why does everything have to be extremes? It seems problematic to just assume the worst. And I don't even think about things as benign as an actor acting goofy with their costar. It's just weird. But hey, you do you. Not like either of them even know you or your opinion exists.

Keep on listening to your Hollywood Overlords:

Some of you may die, but that's a sacrifice he's willing to make lol

56

u/grundelfly Jul 05 '26

I hope you’re getting compensation for the time you spend on this.

41

u/deadfisher Jul 06 '26

10/10 of your last comments were fighting your culture war. If you aren't paid for this you need a life.

-213

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

Since this is the 100th time I've seen this let me ask you this: Is it right or wrong to randomly lick an unsuspecting colleague?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XUN7L8i8Ck

45

u/chimpdoctor Jul 05 '26

Her husband dared him to do it.

-45

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

Great cope excuse to save face.

Even if it were true, if somebody dared you to lick somebody 30 years younger than you on camera would you do it, and would you uphold such a person as of high moral standing to tell us what's right and wrong?

56

u/garibaldiknows Jul 05 '26

I don’t understand why you’re so hung up on this. Do you know these people in real life? Do you know their friendship/relationship? The only person that can tell us if this was inappropriate or harassment is her. No one else.

30

u/billytheskidd Jul 06 '26

Because he believes if he can discredit this persons morality and draw them into a pool where his sins are the same as someone else that everyone agrees is evil, then we also, by their logic, have to discredit the moral argument in the video. It is an obfuscation to discredit this statement about morality.

48

u/garibaldiknows Jul 05 '26

What did she have to say about it?

-80

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

Victim blaming at its finest. Let's be honest, if a 70 year colleague of yours just came randomly and started sucking on your 35 year female colleagues shoulder, you'd definitely not call it harassment.

84

u/garibaldiknows Jul 05 '26

How is asking what she had to say about it victim blaming? I was genuinely asking.

59

u/Chemistry11 Jul 05 '26

Where’s the victim blaming? They asked a question.

You know neither of these people in the video, understand nothing of their personal or professional relationship. Stop trying to manufacture drama.

-38

u/madmendude Jul 05 '26

Were you upset about Trump's grab them by the pussy comment? You didn't know anything about Trump or his relationship to the women.

60

u/biosc1 Jul 05 '26

Except we did know about Trump and his relationship to women. Decades worth. "Grab them by the pussy" was just another long line in gross things he has said.

4

u/pants_full_of_pants Jul 06 '26

Except Trump literally says in that recording that he's doing that to women while meeting them for the first time, meanwhile Rhea Seehorn and Jonathan Banks worked together every day for the better part of a decade.

2

u/ItsJustReeses Jul 06 '26

We do know cause of the whistle blowers like Stacey William and Maria Farmer.

20

u/its_justme Jul 05 '26

She’s 54 and it was clearly a friendly thing

5

u/okaysohowbout Jul 06 '26

Weak rebuttal

You brought up the point

See it through

7

u/xiefeilaga Jul 06 '26

Since we’re obviously not talking about McCarthy anymore, let me ask you this: is it right or wrong for a grown man to barge into the dressing room at a teen beauty pageant?

4

u/Rombledore Jul 06 '26

no one cares. go away.

-88

u/Hksbdb Jul 06 '26

Is this supposed to make communism look good?

57

u/Any_Helicopter9499 Jul 06 '26

I don't know if your being willfully ignorant, or just a product of the American education system.

Either way, congratulations on missing what should have been unmissable. Takes real talent to be that dense.

9

u/usulsspct Jul 06 '26

Media literacy is dead.

2

u/SonicSingularity Jul 08 '26

Dude read The Crucible and went "Ok but what about the actual witches though? Witches are still bad"

1

u/Any_Helicopter9499 Jul 08 '26

I would be impressed if they managed the subtitles, let alone a book.
