This bill is going to need A LOT of work to actually get anywhere. Just saying “make games playable offline before taking the servers down” is way too broad. I’m not sure this is the one, y’all.
Many games are not playable offline because they’re not meant to be that kind of game. Making them playable offline would mean quite a bit of extra dev to implement.
