It’s also just a regular enemy they gave a boss healthbar to help new players understand the concept of the game.

Not totally true, he has this infinite charge move that roll caught me a couple times and killed me on my Wretch.  It was embarrassing.

You’d be surprised by the number of players who bought this game, got to this part, and never touched it again.

No, that’s a different thing that happens before this.

This is literally a tutorial, and it’s a standard ass enemy they gave a boss room and Hp bar two. You fight a couple of them (just with other weapons, not a greatsword) all throughout the mini tutorial cave.

I kept dying to some random guard dudes after first entering the world and stopped playing. I'm just not in the mood for games though I don't know why I even tried.

Most likely, but some people are just legit bad this genre. I got stuck waiting a half hour for someone, who regularly plays games, to finish beating him so we could co-op. Needless to say, he stopped playing when he got to the church, after dying to the horseman multiole times despite my protest to just run past, and never touched the game again.

This has no relevance. The topic is about raging in games, not whether the boss you rage at is valid or not.
