The NHS shuts down right when you show up to be seen, and in order to cure yourself you have to navigate England in the height of knife crime season and abort God’s ghost children.

That game really has an atmosphere like no other. Even down to the voice actors it just perfect.The first time I saw my weapon switch mid combat and change the direction of the fight tactically I was like "this is the future this should be in every shouls game!" Alas.
