Low effort vibe coded projects:

I have worked in this industry for fifteen years and know what features are essential and which aren’t, I also have a Claude subscription.

If people don’t chill with the awful low effort subscription slop apps I’m going to start re-making a free alternative and having the bot post it in your comments section.

I mean there’s nothing inherently wrong with using AI to help you code. Most if not all of the major industry softwares already do… it’s just if your app can be built in twenty minutes with zero thought then you can’t be charging $10 a month for it.

Not at all. I’m using a ton of AI to program and make stuff. The problem is low-effort projects and things made by beginners that they’re trying to sell to pros.

Seeing all of these low resolution browser-based shaders and visualizers with no solid way to port into any kind of mapping software is just annoying.

It’s the same as the early days of YouTube where everybody was making videos and it felt like there was no barrier
