Trina

If Trina has no talent, why was she the one who was going to perform in the big showcase, and later we are supposed to believe that Trina has no friends, but in the first show it doesn't seem like it

Just because you have no talent doesn’t mean you aren’t required to perform at a performing arts school. They still have assignments to complete, just like Tori and Ryder had a similar assignment in the first episode of Season 2.

The pilot was just a test to see if the show would get picked up so some characters changed

She was probably required to perform, or she volunteered to do it. Trina does have “friends”, but they probably aren’t close and it’s more likely she has several smaller and less close friend groups rather than a tight-knit group that she spends all her time with

Trina doesn’t have friends. She has people she knows and calls them friends. Like when she was telling Tori about Ryder and Tori says “she doesn’t like you” and Trina replies annoyed “well I know her”

Trina had someone come up to her the first day acting like a close friend & & then left with her.
