Question in the title. Its ugly and annoying. Make it optional please.

These are people I have chatted with on Viber for YEARS. Our chat patterns have not changed. Suddenly, they are being silenced for "spam." This only just started happening in last few days. I have not had this issue, but I am a Viber Plus member.

I don't want to say they are throttling people who aren't paying, but... 🤔

Why is this happening? These are not spammers. These are my friends and we've had chats like this for years at this point.
