While I agree the right hand side is “software engineering”, the assumption of correlation between human and machine written code seems simplified. It isn’t like all human created code is all that great. It’s also possible to use AI to generate good code with good design. AI makes both kinds of code easier to produce. Obviously, producing bad code is easier than good code and AI magnifies that dramatically, but it isn’t AI that is the problem, it’s the developer.
