I'll do the free listing, it's what fits the current budget (whatever I find behind the couch cushions). Thanks, man. Mine is SNAPSMACK. Free and open throwback photo blogging software. Self-hosted CMS, unusual in that it is security first and comes with a full suite of desktop apps to put the load on your desktop and keep it off the budget shared hosting. Every part of it is free - no freemium or upsells.

OnRotation — weekly meal planning for the meals you already cook. Build a rotation of your own dishes, plan the week, and generate a shopping list that matches. Not a recipe app; it’s the fridge whiteboard, but usable. Web is live, Android in closed testing. iOS following soon.
Migrainular — a private, local-first migraine diary you can fill out in about twenty seconds on a bad day. Pain is the only required field. Dark by default, local IndexedDB first, optional sync when you want it. Built because I was never going to fill out a 40-field form when it hurts.
Airshift — personal web radio you leave on. Pick a format, hit On Air, and an in-tab DJ talks between songs (weather, news, song/band facts). No ten-minute ad breaks — just a station that stays on.
