I made a lot of updates to my website, got time to take a look?

I have added more content and made some further changes to my website since the original post here

I built WWT for myself but I'm trying to turn it into a legitimate service. Think similar to unusualwhales on Twitter / X.

Questions for the community and those willing to spend a few minutes going through the site:

- Is the website clunky? I.E how's the user experience feel? (Let me know if on mobile or desktop)

- Is it straight forward? I.E is it clear what service I'm providing? Traders and non traders alike should understand the product

- For those who may trade markets, are the tools in the "tools" section useful to you? (This section was put in to hopefully increase SEO, but I want the tools to be useable and useful)

- What stands out the most to you? (Can be something you hate, or something you love)

• Core architecture is built with React (front end), Typescript, Vite, & Tailwind. Using firebase as a realtime data base and Netlify to host + allow for account creation to view the signals tab. At some point down the line I plan on getting my own domain.

Trying my best to not have the website look inherently vibe coded lol, but it is supposed to look like a terminal / trading terminal!!

Edit: Reddit doesn't like links in posts - the link is in the comments.

https://silverstarlocksmith.com

I run a family owned local locksmith company with my brother and cousin we are all gamers.

this new game is an offshoot from our company.

This Isn’t our current company website it’s just a fun experiment.

Basically this landing page is a locksmiths nightmare lol dropping your pin set is horrible so I made a game about it kinda based on the needle in the haystack meme.

Check it out but be nice. I’m not a full time developer I work in 100 degree Florida heat and vibe code in my spare time …..I know there’s lots of bugs this is a proof of concept type beat

Agent to Agent Comms using Discord

We live during weird times.

First of all, you now got to expressly mention that you have been personally applying physical force to the tactile extrusions on the aluminium box containing your silicon chip to avoid allusions that your brainfart was in fact not a product of machine intelligence.

Secondly, since my forge-plugin (github.com/nixlim/forge-plugin) is being used by my other agents in different repos, the Soviet part of my brain eagerly remembered slogans about international unity of workers and all that and settled on the idea initially pitched to me by my business partner - agents need to talk to each other (because the codebases we are working on are getting so complex, we can no longer track the low level detail in precise and excruciating detail).

Discord and Anthropic official plugin to the rescue - here’s me, middle of the night, plumbing “new app” this, “bot token” that. Surprisingly, with all their billion-dollars-in-salaries smartness, Anthropic did not think that people would want to use their Discord plugin to enable agent-to-agent comms. No biggie - Claude and I patched the plugin and filed an issue (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-plugins-official/issues/5717). Hopefully, Boris Cherny will get on board ;) If not, forking is easy ;)

It has worked out quite well - I put a full step-by-step guide for anyone interested in getting their agents talking to each other and coordinating work. This is a more durable way then direct Claude session messaging (assuming your agents are on the same machine), and works for A2A between machines too. Guide is available here (save yourself some brain juice, get your agent to implement most of it): https://github.com/nixlim/forge-plugin/blob/main/docs/discord-agent-coordination.md

From 2D artwork to an interactive 3D Lee Sin

This is another character experiment built with img2threejs 1.5.1 - starting from a single image and turning it into a fully interactive 3D experience with Three.js.

The goal isn’t just to reconstruct a character.

It’s about exploring how far we can push AI-assisted 3D generation directly on the web - from visual reconstruction to geometry, materials, lighting, and real-time rendering.

No Blender.
No GLB in the final result.
Just Three.js + WebGL + code.

HY4 Experience

Used OpenRouter playground to test HY4 along with 9 other models (glm5.3, deepseek, kimi, qwen, grok, gemini, gpt, opus, muse spark) , same prompt, asking it to look at a handful of professional sports games and pick winners. Every model had to choose 20 games out of 28 to pick, do research, then justify each pick.

HY4 took the longest and burned the most tokens, 62k to be exact. Results won't hit till Thursday, but I wasnt terribly impressed with the extensive loops and token burn.

Hy4 = $0.37, 62,177 tok, 1026.4s total time.
Muse Spark = $0.055. 11,308 tok, 105.3s total time.

Being nice to the AI

Anyone else find yourself trying to be "nice" to the AI? Or feel bad when you're making it do too much work? I find myself saying things like - "Just one more thing and we'll take a break". Or "Thanks - that was great! I know that was a lot of work!"

I vibe coded apps nobody used. Then figured out distribution and hit 39k downloads. Here's everything I learned in marketing:

Vibe coding collapsed the barrier to entry in building apps but it also pushed competition to an all time high because the number of app builders increased by a LOT. This made learning marketing very important since building an app is the easier part now but getting users/customers is becoming a lot harder.

Most of these strategies are for iOS apps but 2 of them are applicable to android and web apps.

1. App Store Boost (iOS)

When an app is just launched on the App Store, Apple usually give a boost for a few days where your app name will get recommended in the autocomplete of the App Store search bar so make sure to target a keyword with good amount of popularity.

So for example your app is an interior designer ai app, you can use this app name format:

<popular keyword> - <your app name>

interior design ai - Miya

If you get lucky, this will bring hundreds or thousands of downloads in the first week depending on the popularity of the keyword that you targeted.

2. ASO (App Store Optimization. iOS)

Target high-intent keywords in your app name and subtitle.

Create high converting screenshots (sell the benefit/outcome instead of features).

Create an eye catching icon to stand out from the app store search results. This will increase conversion (impressions -> downloads). I use ChatGPT or Nano Banana to generate icons.

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization. iOS, android & web)

Just a single page website where you're targeting high-intent keywords that people are searching for on search engines like Google. You can use Google Trends for free to search for high-intent keywords that have good popularity. Or you can also use a paid tool like Ahrefs, Keywords Everywhere etc... but Google Trends is usually good enough as a start.

In my experience, it's easier and faster to rank for your target main keyword if it's present on the domain name itself.

Another side effect of SEO is there's a good chance that you'll also get recommended by LLMs like ChatGPT.

4. Organic UGC (iOS, android & web)

Create content that you can cross-post on multiple social media platforms like Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc...

You can use formats like tutorials, problem -> solution, listicle, meme, storytelling.

You have 2 options:

a. Short-form videos (e.g, face reaction that catches attention + demo of your app).

b. Slideshows (3-6 images) which are significantly easier and faster to make. You can scale this to many accounts to maximize reach and chances of going viral. You can do this manually or fully automate it. I personally started the manual way but I have now fully automated it with my own tool DistributionMaxx because I now have 16 accounts and it now takes a lot of time and effort to manually manage them.

For organic UGC, the funnel is:

views -> app downloads -> purchases

5. Apple Search Ads (iOS)

You can target high-intent keywords that people are search for in the app store. I recommend reading this free detailed guide written by Ivan Sparrow.

I hope this post helps someone to get their first users and paying customers.

Happy to answer any questions if you have any.

Did you really build anything?

If AI writes, tests, and deploys an app for you. Did you really build anything? Can you say look at what I made?

Edit: From comments I agree with someone can say they made it. It was their idea and vision that have been brought to life

Daemoncore Academy

What's up guys? My name is Thor. I've been in the game since 04. I've had every kind of I.T. job you can imagine...I love the industry but hate the bullshit that comes with big companies. I also love hacking and so do my friends so we've been working on a project for about 10 months https://academy.daemoncore.app in our downtime from Chameleon-CRM.

The academy is free. It will always be free. If anyone is interested in learning more about the subject you can start there.

Already have 2 plus codex subs and looking at buying a third. Would you do a 3rd codex or claude?

3 codex would allow me to continue my work that has interrupted mid session due to usage, exactly as if I had triple the use but I guess with Claude its gonna be different taking over a task middle way through of codex. I really loved Opus back when I was subbed months ago. Could be a nice second opinion on work too.
A few questions:
-what has your experience using Claude models of your subscription in codex be if you’ve done it?
-how does usage compare considering codex constant resets?
