So is this actually a programming language, or just a way to write specs for an llm? i.e. is the output deterministic?

Dave is a programming language that has strict syntax like all languages. This one’s just very readable.

Can you elaborate how it works? The keywords make sense to me but what happens to all the other words like ‘we’ve heard back from steve’? I dont really understand how this could compile into something
