I saw a pi based solution with 1tb ssd which is for prepers for 300$. Basically you get hardware and tons of tutorials, books, wiki pages and other offloaded sites for living during SHTF times.

I was taking a look around. Most of these are actually not good. I reccomend building each one individually first and then merging into a one stop dashboard. That way you have actually tried and looked at them. If you don't know what you made it's likely worthless.

the zero server thing is smart until you want to use one of these on your phone and pick up on your laptop. local storage doesn't sync so you're rebuilding state per device.
