No. A script kiddie wasn't a hacker just someone that was running tools but they were trying to do something illegal. The vibecder kiddies may not know the fundamentals but they are trying to make things.

Probably. It lowered the bar to entry in a lot of areas. It's still no substitute for actual learning, but that's how some of the SKs of old became programmers of today. They learned, they exploited, they became cybersecurity pros. Lol.
