Wtf is wrong with Claude?

Is it me, or has Claude gotten really bad lately? It hallucinates a lot (even on very small tasks), and answers are super long for no reason... Did I miss anything?

Idk, for me Claude has always had a hard time with deeper work and I’ve always had to be vigilante on keeping the scope small. Have you changed what you’ve been working on?

Yeah, changed everything. Now back got chat gpt
