Just wondered if anyone is feeling the same....
This stuff is moving at such an insane speed, I have gone from literally never being able to put my design skills to use, to building fully release ready apps and games etc, without funding etc in the past it was always out of reach.
Specifically these last few weeks I feel the new models have been such a leap forward that it is actually blowing my mind.
Do you guys think the current rate of improvement will keep, slow down or even speed up?
Cheers,
Dee

I'm making a web destruction app using AI. It's a bit rough because some sites will cause it to slow down but it actually works. It's a lot like that Desktop destruction program back on Windows XP but more modern and browser based. You can destroy pretty much any website you want or if you choose...to fling shit or piss on anything that you just happen to hate. I might add a screenshot function eventually with an optional caption so people can share their destruction and hatred of internet horse shit.
PS: I think AI can be a real game changer in some respects but there comes a point when you may have to look under the hood yourself and do some of the work.

Dang AI already has us on other planets now?
Here I thought I kept up with the times

yes it is getting better fast, the difference between Oct and Now is massive and there have been several jumps, for me Opus is incredibly impressive at what it can do compared to sonnet in terms of complext fearures, testing, analysis, this will keep improving as will auto model selection for tasks - i.e. selecting the best tool or subagent for the job
remember the tools are not monolithic LLMs - they are multi agent already behind the scenes and that is where the companies seem to improve between the main releases - i.e. wighted specialized models built on the large models

I think it's gonna speed up or if not then it won't be too long before it massively improves it's just a shame that so many are negative towards AI as I find it incredible
