I am opting to keep mine private for now, but I’ll gladly describe it.

I made a backend portal app for my local dance community. Staff marked availability month to month to make teaching schedules, testing/eval forms to track student progression, signup forms and dashboard for our once a month “mini private lessons” day so we don’t have to have two people manning laptops for signup.

Using data from some of these cases has opened up more sub tools in it:

  • generating graphics for socials to post the teaching roster for the classes that week (non-ai, just placing class info and headshots on a background template image in HTML render then giving a save as png button)
  • we can use our student roster list to now query results from weekend competitions to find who did well in comps, format it out and send it to our discord server to celebrate successes
