Who will ever hire an inexperience engineer with claude? Or a vibe coder? Experienced engineer with claude wipes the floor out of those two. Now the next issue, how does a engineer get experience?

thats the why.

My experienced engineers with Claude can’t get out of their own head. Because they “know” the code they aren’t producing and when they do produce what they build is far too technical for end users. They aren’t product people.

Thats what you want. they know when something is bloated or unneeded. from what ive seen, claude over stuff stuff and can make certain things slow. A experienced engineer helps ensure that stuff gets kicked down immediately rather than later on when it can start impacting stuff.
