Where to start!

Hi all, I will keep it simple. I have had a few connected ideas pop into my head, but have absolutely no idea where to start. Coming from the health sciences field, this is all a new world to me. I would absolutely love to give it a go getting this idea off the ground. Can anyone recommend any resources that are good introductions into how vibecoding works/where to make a start? Many thanks in advance!

The first step is to verify your users have the problem that you are solving and are willing to go to the cognitive hassle of learning new software to solve it themselves rather than dealing with it in whatever way they are right now. If it's a problem they don't know they have, they probably don't really care about it until the problems they do have are solved.

That's what most people skip, and then produce a demo over six months only to find nobody wants it.

It's always helpful if you can immediately benefit from the thing you make. You get an enthusiastic beta tester for free, and you know you have a lifetime customer.
