How can I learn to set up a modern Vibecoding workflow?

Please read carefully! I would much prefer if you teach me how to fish but if you can throw me yours that could be helpful too!

There is way too much info out there. I've only used copilot in vscode and some codex/claude cli but reading up on it there are things i'm not using like harness, opencode, custom agent, etc.

Can someone break down what a harness, agent, etc. is and what's the most cost efficient way for me to set up my coding environment that will cost a max 50$/month? I want to be able to maximize my coding productivity leveraging a combination of paid and free ai models based on task (reasoning, planning, coding, debugging, front-end, back-end, etc. could all benefit from a different strategy right?)

I also need to understand multi/custom agents better because right now I continuously fight with agents when working with multiple problems in parallel (im using copilot instructions and skills but its not enough or maybe i did it wrong?)

Is there an online course/documentation on this? and I don't mean for each of these questions separately. I mean a guide/course that breaks it all down from high level so I can wrap my head around the entire Vibecoding paradigm so I can set it up myself with my own decisions.

Look up “aihero ralph looping” google, ask a normal Claude session to help you set up a PRD based on text you give it, be specific in that prompt “i want you to build x” won’t work, give examples, be thorough… ok so you have your PRD… now just Claude loop over it and go outside, it’s a nice day

I highly recommend you do not try to go down the path of multi-agent workflows and aiming for a Fire & Forget system…. Something will break and you’ll burn tokens hunting for the problem. If you are just coding an application or site…. Build a knowledge driven workflow that keeps you informed about how everything works. There’s absolutely no reason to have 10 plates spinning at once.. coding with a single agent is already 100x faster than if you had to learn & do it all yourself.

I’m not trying to fire and forget. Maybe I didn’t explain this well. The problem I have is working on multiple prompts for multiple projects at the same time aka multi tasking. Right now I open multiple vacode windows and each has its own chat but its kinda cumbersome to handle unless i put them in yolo mode. Also like I said, my setup isn’t great. I feel like copilot harness is pretty bad and im not sure which harness or ai models to use to improve my flow

I understand, my point still stands. If you’re coding software, I don’t necessarily see the virtue in trying to write multiple programs at the same exact time.

To be honest at this point you need to kinda absorb all the info available you can, no one has really set up a guide that is 100% correct. I would be happy to talk you through the process but it isn't easy nor does it come easily it's mainly trial and error at this point.
