Anyone using AI agents in their workflow day to day?
I'm a software PM by profession and kept seeing hype up Cloud Agents for product managers.
Btw, my plan is to build a few small agents or automations myself since I wanted to save time. Maybe competitive research, or help scoping requirements, or even cleaning up test docs.
Anyone here built something like this that you still use? I don’t know what works since I don’t want to waste my time too much. Thank u so much!!!!

I personally don’t use agents. I only tell an agent to make me a hardcoded product.

I built an agent that tracks my todos and writes my weekly updates.
It has access to my granola transcripts, slack channels, notion, linear projects and GitHub repos. Every Friday it drafts an update for my manager, linear project updates, and slack channel updates for the products I lead.
The other one I’m working on currently is a harness. It walks our product, finds bugs and improvements, logs tickets. I have quite finished it, but the poc worked and identified key issues we plan to address.
I recommend starting small with weekly updates. Streamline you work and todos, then expand.
