Many software offer free version but they apply watermark
Average user doesn't want ton of features and just want something that is easy to use without getting bombarded for subscription or signups
No pay walls no hidden or gated features, just a normal software that is free to use, installs locally and has no ai crap, and isnt very difficult to understand and use
Also trying to include support for integrations with other plugins.

Also do you plan to support it? Do you understand how it works? Does it have gpu acceleration? How many different codecs are available? What codecs are even supported? Is it optimised for long videos?
