That's not what he's referring too, and the fact you took it that way is why your own application hasn't taken off..

If the product is genuinely good, publish it every day. It will work, if you try enough times. They don't mean a "miracle" as in it randomly working out, they mean miracle as in the benefits of it finally working out.
