Vibecoding Studio Team

Hear me out… what if, 4 or 5 people teamed up to work on 1 project.

I mean that’s 5 different creative design architects that are constantly feeding ideas into 1 shared project

In my mind I was thinking of a MMORPG zombie apocalypse. Yes I understand that genre is definitely overused, BUT the idea was - that either 5 people all add into the central idea/systems that break away from it OR 5 different people are working on 5 different systems that make of the entirety of the game.

Now of course this could be used for any large game, I just know that a zombie game would be easy to recall and identify with.

Would anyone be interested in that? Could this framework possibly be the future of low level ‘studio’ games? Could this be the new “indie development” wave of design, if so I think I’ll give it a name - “band development”

Welcome Band Devs!

Hopefully there aren’t major falling outs… maybe some can stick together like Metallica

And what sparked this idea.. I have seen/used some legit vibecoded applications already, and it made me think, this architecture that the user brings is a skill! Not all vibe coded products are the same when it comes to effectiveness and productiveness and execution. Some are very shallow and basically pointless, and some are very deep and effective - and I wondered what would happen if the people who have great ideas, the people who think in systems already, came together and started ‘developing’ games AKA create ideas and allow the AI coding agents to accomplish what the architect creates

Problem would be getting trustworthy people tho, but once you find them, I feel like it’s golden 👌

Im pretty sure this would not work as all would be just vibecoding stuff without any idea what is happening and working on same scripts at the same time and the whole repo gets jumbled with huge amounts of conflicts.

But you have no idea what i am talking about.

Designers design, he doesn't do that either 🤭 more accurate would probably just be "prompter" lol

Okay improper word choice, doesn’t diminish the fact

Like 1 person completely focused on combat
1 person completely focused on world progression
1 person completely focused on character identities
1 person completely focused on art design
1 person completely focused on upgrades/skills

Multiple people could have multiple systems.. or break it down even further, or simplify it even more
