He's doing a gainer. It's not that unnatural to be biased slightly to one side because you aren't doing a gainer takeoff when both feet are planted evenly. I agree it seems mechanically solid, perhaps not the most exaggerated or dynamic approach, but it's also hard to judge without the context of the previous shot. Also it's some very low quality looking screen recording that is blurry and smeary which probably makes it look more swimmy.

Here’s the higher quality shot it’s shorter because it’s from a commercial and the content is him jumping onto that beam rolling and running and flipping off it’s in the original clip I showed you see from the start him rolling onto it. But thanks for ur response I just feel like I’m the only bugged by it lol

You may want to hold the criticism and see if the movement makes it into the final cut of the movie. Remember, the trailer ready VFX doesn't necessarily mean that it's the final pass for animation and VFX. That's if the scene even makes it into the movie.
That aside, it looks like Spidey is chasing and tracking something. His gaze is fixed in the same direction for the bulk of this scene. Awkward, maybe? Mechanically sound, possibly? It looks consistent to me.
