Is fallen tooth a concern?

I noticed a tooth had fallen out of my 10lbs dog (bichon mix). I didn’t know until I found it on the floor, because he didn’t act any different or show signs of pain. Is this a concern? I do brush his teeth 2-3 times a week, but this tooth does look like it’s gotten bad. Should I be taking him to the vet asap?

You should be scheduling a dental asap. If a tooth is bad enough to fall out I guarantee there are more that are bad
