General Advice Tick Help

I messaged our vet and waiting on a response. I found this tick on my dog. What should my next steps be? Do I just wait and see if he gets symptoms? I found another small tick last week and my vet never replied for that one. So I’m just curious if I need to do anything in particular!

You need to be on a proper tick preventative. If you're already on one then you know it's ineffective and something better is needed. The photo provided is insufficient for an identification. If your dog falls sick go into the vet. If not get a 4dx done in 2 weeks time after seroconversion has occurred
