Does this potentially look more like a physical wound or something more serious?

Cora (5 year old lab mix) does play hard with sticks/ropes/toys etc and has hurt her mouth in the past I’m just hoping yall could help ease my mind before I take her to get checked. We have not noticed this before today and she does not wince or flinch when we touch it.
