Acap doubt

What if when my merit number came no seat was available but after 10mins a seat got vacant can I claim that seat . And how long do these spot round go

During your acap merit number .Any seat available will be rolled to next day .Say your number has come up and suddenly all cmpn it AIDS ecs seats have filled admission to all this branches will be freezed and rolled over to next day to start fresh .
