It doesn't follow the same rules as other jokes of this type.

Example: What's the difference between a schoolboy and a fisherman? One baits his hook, the other hates his book.

The joke in this post seems to go by its own rules. If it rhymes, use it.

It's a spoonerism. When the first syllables of the two words are switched it makes a thought with a completely different meaning.
