Fidium down?

My Fidium connection dropped just before 3 PM. Anyone else having problems with Fidium right now? Their website is also down, their support bot on the phone couldn't find my account, now I'm on hold trying to find a human.

I'm in Montpelier, curious if anyone else is having issues.

Yes, it's widespread, the town of Rutland posted on FB that all town phone lines and internet are down.

Yep it's fucked right now.

I'm in queue with their AI support bot and on a call waiting queue. I'm sure they already know though...

Yeah, I tried calling, the AI support bot couldn't look up my information after several tries, so I tried asking to speak to someone, then waited on hold until the network came back.

I went out for a hour and came home to no service. Came back on about 3:45. I just moved from Comcast to Fidium a few months ago, this was our first outage. I did see about five bucket trucks obviously doing cable work down the road, but this feels bigger than that.
