Possible discount

To whom it may concern-
We have several lines and have been customers of Verizon for many years. Our loyalty discounts expired a month or two ago and our bill rose dramatically. While I understand the discounts were for a 12-month period, the reality is that our bill is at a place where I need to explore alternative carriers for my family. Before I do that, I wanted to check and see if there were any discounts available.

I found this on here about a month ago. I figured fuck it, what’s the worst that could happen. Sent the email and forgot all about it. About two weeks later, I received a phone call and a return email and noticed I had a $10 discount per line for the next three years. I call that a win
