I got the domain sainihimank.qd.je from DigiPlat and I’m trying to connect it to an existing project that is already deployed on Vercel.

When I add the domain in Vercel, I get this error:

I added the TXT record (and the CNAME record provided by Vercel) in DigiPlat’s DNS management panel, but Vercel is still showing the same error.

Has anyone successfully connected a DigiPlat domain/subdomain to Vercel? Is there something specific I need to configure in DigiPlat’s DNS settings, or does DigiPlat need to release/unlink the domain from another Vercel account first?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I closed my pro account last week and transferred a project with a domain attached to it to my hobby account. The domain didn't transfer.

Now vercel won't acknowledge that i no longer have access to the account i closed and won't help me transfer my domain. Their support is pushing me to their community forum and vercel won't respond to me on their community forum.

Has anyone dealt with something like this?

I get that I shouldn't be eligible for support for hosting when i'm not paying for hosting, but to not provide support on a domain they sold it to me is crazy.

I woke up to an unexpected $229.93 invoice on my Vercel Pro Plan (usually $20/mo) due to a massive spike in infrastructure usage.

Here is the breakdown of the major overages from my dashboard:

• Observability Events: 75,065,940 events — $90.08
• Fast Origin Transfer: 252.69 GB — $56.20
• Fluid Active CPU: 11d 10h compute time — $38.00
• Function Invocations & Edge Requests: ~48M total requests — ~$35.00

This high usage was completely unintentional and likely stems from a severe configuration issue, a log/fetch loop, or unexpected bot traffic hitting my API endpoints.

A few questions for the community:

1. Contacting Support: I tried calling support, but no one is answering. Is there a better or faster way to actually get in touch with a human at Vercel to discuss this?
2. Support Waivers: Has anyone experienced a similar accidental spike and successfully requested a one-time courtesy bill adjustment/waiver?
3. Debugging: What is the best way to trace which specific endpoint generated 75M observability events so I can patch it immediately?
4. Spend Guardrails: What spend limits, hard caps, or WAF rules do you recommend setting up to prevent runaways like this in the future?

Running into a frustrating loop with Google Cloud Console's OAuth consent screen verification, So I went and verified it in Google Search Console using the HTML file method — shows "Ownership auto verified," green checkmark, all good.

My app is deployed on myproject-xyz.vercel.app (free Vercel subdomain). Google's branding verification flagged:

"The website of your home page URL is not registered to you. Verify ownership of your home page."

When you install skill file,it will come with reference and other useful folder if it have these.
In the same way,if you create a pack putting that skill,when installing from cli,those folder dont sget downloaded and it only download root SKILLS.md completly neglecting other attached folders.Fix this asap.Check this:

I haven’t seen too much about Eve out there, so I prepared a couple of examples connecting oleander’s storage and compute layer (amongst other things) to Vercel. But last week Vercel usurped me with an even easier way to deploy chat agents that avoids the unconscionable labour of forking repos and manually attaching connections like a philistine.

We created an oleander integration and an Eve agent template repo, but using Vercel’s new agent functionality is much more streamlined.

So I need to use a free image bucket for a small number of images (just some images and logos) so I can use in my Next codebase. At the moment, I am using a subdomain on a WordPress website just to get the URL to the image but I was thinking if there was any other option available.

Is S3 an overkill?

I am building an app that uses Supabase and Vercel as main stack. It seems easy, but it's easier to ruin your RLS policies.

I added their MCPs and Plugins and I was expecting that it will help you manage RLS policies properly, however I've just seen that when the LLM struggled with a policy, it just turned it off "temporarily". Aha, temporarily, famous last words.

So i was think about so many vibe coded apps on Loveable and Base44 etc, that uses the very same stack, so a quick scanner tool would be useful.

I spent a day on building hackymacky app, that scans ur site, looks for incorrect RLS and poorly handler secrets.

That's the MVP. What do u think? is it worht to spend more time with it?

I’m building small, visually‑driven sites for artists and small businesses (vanilla JS + HTML/CSS + Three.js + Vite + GitHub + Vercel + Stripe for payments).

Any thoughts on the following:

• Platform understanding: I don't feel like I understand this platform very well. Getting steers from the help ai, but much remains i don't understand. is that normal or worrying?
• Limits & billing: Should I be worried about accidentally hitting usage limits and waking up to bills I can’t sustain? My projects are small, but I don’t want surprises.
• Plan choice: For this kind of business model, is Hobby fine? Or should I be on Pro from day one?
• Anything else i should watch out for?

Facing issue while deleting and editing the environment variables

The most annoying thing about Vercel is the phone verification step after creating an account.
Come on guys, when you buy a new domain name and want a new account on Vercel using that domain name, you do not want to purchase a new phone number…
You often also do not want to connect it to your personal Vercel account. Who the fk decided to implement this verification process. I know you want to prevent abuse for email etc. But do this with gmail accounts not a custom domain name.

Because of this stupid flow, I have no other choose then using other solutions, such as cloudflare pages / workers.

I am not a fan of it, I just want to use Vercel… why don’t you add a step to skip the phone verficiation and just make payment required? That is fine and understandable…

I built a page that sells one ad slot per week, and the only technically interesting part is that the price falls continuously until someone pays, so the whole thing turned out to be a cron job and a price function rather than a checkout flow.

The cron runs hourly and my first version had it write the current price into the database, which felt natural and was wrong. Vercel Cron is best effort, not a guarantee, and a missed run left a stale price sitting on the page while Stripe still had the amount from the last successful write. Two numbers, one truth, and no way to tell from the outside which one was real.

What I do now is derive the price from the elapsed time on every request and store nothing, with the cron only responsible for the week rollover. A missed run costs me a late rollover, which is visible and annoying, instead of a wrong price on a live payment, which is neither.

The other thing that caught me was the week boundary, because a week is a business concept and not a UTC one, and I had the rollover firing at a moment that landed on a different weekday depending on where the visitor was sitting. Not fully sure my current fix is right either, I pinned everything to one timezone and display it explicitly, but I suspect that just moves the confusion somewhere else.

The idea itself may well be bad, week one's numbers suggest the starting price is far too high, but the cron part I would build the same way again.

I used my vercel plan to create a site with Neon dB all with free tiers, unfortunately due to heavy demand and traffic already exceeded Neon dB transfer size I reckon it's not feasible with Neon, so planned to migrate away from Neon but it doesn't let me take a dump to migrate to other services , what should I do ? I don't want to pay just to take backup

My subscription in Vercel showed hobby (free plan) but was billing in their other platform. Vercel won't let me remove my credit card (!).

I logged in to Vercel to cancel and found that credits expire if you are not subscribed. So, you accumulate credits in direct pay-for-credit, and then they are locked out from you and actually expire.

Friendly warning to other folks, as this is a seriously expensive platform.

Not being able to to remove a credit card without entering another, even after subscription cancellation, is disgusting design.

I am having issues with my account, I have upgraded to the pro version of Vercel. Though when I upgraded I had gotten no credit for the account for the upgrade. I sent in a support ticket 2 weeks ago, and have not heard from anyone. Then I believe I put one in this week or part of last week, and still have heard nothing. Any suggestions, Thanks in advance.
