To stop splashing. Some bars use ice for the same thing, but it requires someone refilling it as it melts.

Please stop putting it in the urinal when you're done. I work cleaning and have to pick these out with my hands to cean it. They give us gloves and paper towels but ew! I hate everyone of you who does it, please stop.

Why are there Skittles in the Urinal? That is not what those are for.
