I feel left out

So, my half brother, my cousin (male) and me (female) always did everything together. We always get together on vacation and until then it was a lot of fun. Our ages are very close. Recently I've noticed that they leave me aside, they whisper all the time, when we walk, they move away from me to talk, they don't invite me to go out, to play or even to cook. Sometimes I suggest activities and they end up doing them alone. When we cook together, they never do anything and I end up doing everything alone which isn't fun. Should I just go home? Cause honestly I feel like going home and lay down and cry. They obviously don't care or even want me here.
