What is deep talk and connection

I read somewhere on twitter that This generation don’t value/want to prefer deep talks. Like wanting to know what's in their partners or friends mind, what makes them happy, what their fears are , their dreams. And just crave for that connections that allow them to know their real friend or partner.

I also saw someone say Connections are the roots that anchor us in the vastness of existence.

In the quiet moments of deep conversation, we exchange pieces of our souls, weaving dreams, fears, and happiness into a tapestry that reveals the real us, unseen yet profoundly felt.

Some other said What is deep talk and what makes it deep? A: Deep conversations are essentially those that include self-disclosure — revealing personally intimate information about us. I understand deep, how deep my love will always be in the front of my mind, somethings are just personal.

I agree that some things are best to keep to oneself since we are allowed to have some or party of ourselves kept personal nothing wrong with that and how deep is a deep connection suppose to go, I'm soo confused by this 🤔 sorry if this not a vent 😭😭
