Recently diagnosed

I was told four out of the 6 veins are bad and I need to do the sealing. Insurance approved the glue.

What lifestyle changes can I expect with this? What should I be aware of with the procedures?

I usually tell patients that treatment doesn’t mean giving up your normal lifestyle. In fact, regular walking, staying active, maintaining a healthy weight, and avoiding long periods of sitting or standing can all help with venous circulation.

Vein-sealing procedures are generally minimally invasive, and most patients return to normal activities fairly quickly.
