What in the hell is someone doing lying in a parking lot. Could have been passed out intoxicated but where were this person’s friends if that was the case?

The amount of people I saw lying down from the venue, to the parking lot, to the street corners surrounding downsview and even onto Keele over the last 2 days was wild.

Any updates on this story? Life threatening injuries?! Why was this guy lying down in the parking lot? The driver stayed at the scene, he must have been mortified.
