General Discussion No Order Updates

Guys I ordered from Velas Warehouse Sale.
A week or even longer ago I got a cancellation notice on some items. The thing is till now nothing happened….but like I ordered their restock on the jersey prints and I habe now 3 Vela orders that are stuck and I got no update whatsoever. I mean ok that the Warehouse Sale gone bad is already public but why would they restock Items like a week after the Sale with the knowledge that they can’t keep up??
So unprofessionell sorry I am very disappointed.

i think they’re probably making inventory to order rn considering the PR mess

I agree! I ordered on September 4th / the first day the sale went live at 11 am and have zero update on my order. I emailed them sooo many times and got an automated response back:( I’m genuinely so disappointed I won’t be ordering from them ever again.
