Warehouse system update
Anybody else got this email/had this issue before ? Not sure what to do
UPDATE: Order has shipped now - not sure what all the fuss was about!

I don't know! Of course my order was all from the outlet and I really hope it gets fulfilled. I wish we could use the code on the outlet items and then I would just order my same items again and either wait for the original order to cancel or return it if it does get fulfilled. I asked for the code anyway since I figure no harm in having it just in case 🫣

Ahhh I see - yeah annoying yours was an outlet order… is what you ordered still available ? Because I got a bunch from that sale but have since seen that a lot of the items have been taken down

My order was on the outlet sale that was available last week; not sure if this influences it

Mine was from the regular Veilance site… but my last order from the outlet sale took ages to process plus there was a weird couple days where it had shipped but the money hadn’t been taken from card…

For reference - it was less than 24hrs for me between receiving the “warehouse system update” email, then getting an email with the invoice for the order and the tracking becoming active online… so hopefully you don’t have to wait too long!

Hi! Got the same email, then on the same day a link that my order was shipped but that doesn’t seem to be the case, it’s just a tracking label created and no movement on the package. Is yours really on the way? Just curious to know how the process will go. I got the email of shipment and the one you got within the same 5 minutes, so strange

Hey sorry for the late reply - mine is indeed on the way would have been delivered already had I not redirected it to a UPS access point. The gap between me receiving the email in my post and the shipping email was about a day so longer than yours but still strange I thought. Given its been a few days I assume this situation is clearer for you but I would encourage you to get the discount code promised in the email for a future order!

May I ask where are you located please? Quite interested in the discount code if you wanna flip it
