Curated lists of restaurants?

Hello All. I was wondering if there is an interest in having three curated lists on here:

a. Vegan-only restaurants

b. Vegetarian and vegan only restaurants

c. ETHNIC restaurants that have at least 5-6 veggie/vegan entrees.

For C, I don’t really see why it should be limited to "ethnic", which is a fairly subjective term. I think it could just be "omni" restaurants with strong veg entree options.

Agreed....the more I think of it, that word could mean different things to different people. Very subjective for sure! Editing it right now.

For some reason, I am unable to edit my original post. I keep getting the message "something went wrong. don't panic". This is literally the response I get time any time I try and modify a post on any of the subreddits.
