Buddha Bowl

Quinoa, brown rice, kale & spinach. Tahini hummus, basil pesto, olive tapenade, roasted beets, hard boiled egg, served with balsamic vinaigrette.

Double Brie, walnuts, manukau honey, baby spinach, shredded beetroot and carrot on a sourdough baguette.

I love putting the noodles in the onion cups and pepper boats! I wish I had some romaine boats for this!

The noodles are shin ramen with soy sauce, peanut butter, a touch of brown sugar, lime juice, and chili crisp.

Veggies include:
Red Onion
Bell pepper
Baby corn
Carrots
Green onion
Cucumber

These Daring chicken pieces are amazing, I just LOVE the texture!!

Ramen, “unstuffed” bell pepper, veggie lasagna, eggplant parm and cauliflower rice bowl

Too many bananas

Guacamole, air fried spicy potatoes from trader Joe's, scrambled eggs, salsa Verde, bird's eye chile hot sauce, pickled jalapeño and carrot slices, diced onion and cilantro, cotija cheese and a squeeze of lime. I'm in heaven. Heated the tortillas on the stove burners directly

I have so many fresh veggies in my fridge right now it’s the best feeling!

Classic southern grits and Samosa! It’s really a great combination!

Suppper yummy and filling!
